Hello!

Yikes! It has been a while since I've last posted. My new career is - well - keeping me very busy! My last post was on the eve of my first day as a supply chain professional.

Since then - I have raced only once but have steadily continued to run and bike with my little daughter, Abby.

I did return to Lifetime Fitness - Old Orchard to teach a Master Cycle Class. Friday June 13th, 2008 was a great time seeing old friends, colleagues and clients.

Check out "The Endurance Method".

The Tour is on these days. What a race it has been!

Well - time to sign off and get into some substance for future posts.

I am a newbie in this whole "groundswell" thing.

Please do stay tuned as I do want to develop something here at "The Endurance Factor".

As always - "engage life - maitain the pace."

Hello friends and colleagues!

This latest transition was too quick. I missed too many of you and for that reason failed to express a proper farewell.

Having said that - kindly accept a hopefully adequate medium - our initial entries and expressions on"The Endurance Factor".

I do aspire towards our relationships enduring over time as did our relationships in their prior context.

You are all very special to me and I only hope that I established an adequate foundation within which a seed was planted that will grow and flourish into the aspirations that we shared.

The Endurance Factor came to fruition to provide endless nourishment for those seeds planted as well a for those seeds planted upon your initial visits to this blog.

Kindly stay engaged to your fitness journey.

Use the mentality shared on this blog to keep you on track to what it is that you desire out of endurance training:

Your first race-a better cardio session- your best race - a worthwhile use of energy.

Welcome home.

"Engage life - maintain the pace."
